Te Rarawa Anga Mua is calling for a passionate and culturally grounded Social Worker to join our whānau and empower our tamariki and rangatahi to flourish. We're dedicated to nurturing their potential through a kaupapa Māori lens, ensuring they thrive within their schools and communities.

As our Tai Awatea (Social Worker in Schools), you'll be a vital link, weaving support for tamariki alongside their kaiako, whānau, and community. You'll champion resilience and wellbeing, guided by tikanga and kaupapa Māori principles, creating safe and nurturing environments.

We're seeking someone who:

  • Is a qualified and SWRB registered Social Worker.
  • Deeply understands and is committed to integrating Māori perspectives and practices.
  • Lives and breathes Tika, Pono, and Aroha in their work with tamariki and whānau.
